1. Please note Minute (2) as regards funds.

2. With regard to the various categories of work listed in Minute (1) para 2 the following is submitted:

   Para 2 -

   1. As CEU will not have any equipment for such work in the area, hire of operators and equipment or award of contract through DDP would be the only means of accomplishing. Presumably DCL could just as easily negotiate for this work on a unit basis.

   2. Is "final grading" hand work only? If not could this be done on unit basis?

   3. Suggest installation of diesel alternator set and associated equipment be carried out by contract now in hand. Balance of work by CEU.

   4. Will not commercial power installation be handled by provincial authority?

3. On clarification of above and receipt of information as to what CEU will actually be required to do we will submit to CEU and obtain estimate for DCEC.
