We enclose herewith Progress Claim No 12 in respect of work carried out on this contract.
On this claim we have included three credit notes - one in respect of Job 5967 in the amount of $100.00 covering the reduced time payable in respect of Mr AJ Mickelson's visit to Manitouwadge on May 3rd, one in respect of Job 5961 for $15.00 in respect of non-chargeable travelling expenses; and one in respect of Job 5074 for 10¢ being an overcharge of sales tax by our printers.
We are also enclosing Progress Charts for the month of August, 1961.
