The DOT letter at first folio forwards a Permission to Enter form obtained from Mrs Albert Courchesne in respect of part Lot No 782, County of Yamaska, PQ. It is presumed that this pertains to the Gap Filler Station known as Nicolet which was originally sited in part of Lot 873, Concession III, Township of St Francis du Lac.
DOT has also forwarded a letter from the Director of Surveys for the New Brunswick Department of Lands and Mines requesting information as to the exact location of the area we require at Mount Carleton. If any firm information in this regard is now available and can be released to the Province, would you please let us have it for transmission to DOT.
