I, the undersigned MINAS BASIN PULP & PAPER COMPANY owner of a parcel of land in the Municipality of NEW YARMOUTH, County of CUMBERLAND, Province of NOVA SCOTIA do hereby grant by these presents, to Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Canada, her Agents or Representatives, permission to enter on my property with all necessary equipment in order to do certain works as required, such as soil testing, building of roads, timbre cutting, digging of ditches, construction of buildings, etc, FIELD SURVEY WORK.
This permission is granted subject to my rights of compensation for any damage caused to my property and arising from the performance of such works as hereby permitted.
