Our negotiations for your requirements at the subject site included obtaining permission from the Company holding timber rights in the area, namely, Dryden Paper Company Limited, to allow your Department to carry out certain tests on the property.
The Paper Company has granted the required permission by their letter of September 6th, 1961, copy of which is attached for your information.
