Building and Communications Requirements
Further to the referenced memo, it is requested that the weights of the telecom equipment shown on the attached sketch be forwarded to CCE in order to facilitate the design of the floor when supported on piers.
With reference to Para 3 (a) of the referenced memo, could a minimum and maximum separation between the building and tower be established for guidance in siting, even though maintaining the minimum distance will be attempted in all cases; also on which side of building tower must be located.
It is also requested that CCE be advised of the proposed terminal station for the communication circuits. This information will be used by our consultants in determining the best location for the access road, power line and communication cable. In this connection, our consultants will only be obtaining field information for future use by CTel during negotiations or design.
