Dear Sirs:
Receipt is acknowledged of your letter of 4 May 1960.
In view of the fact that our original letter of 8 February 1960 was addressed in error to Fraser Companies Ltd, we are enclosing a copy addressed to your office to complete your records. Our two letters of 8 February and 14 March comprise our correspondence to date on the technical aspects of the joint purpose tower. Our letter of 14 March contained a typographical error and referred to our original letter as of 3 February.
We wish to restate that it is not intended to use the existing site of your tower nor expect your tower to be dismantled until the joint purpose tower is completed.
We will be pleased to discuss the details of our installation with Mr PA Wolstenholme, Director of Forest Protection, as soon as possible, however, final approval of the construction of the station has not yet been granted.
