DEPUTY MINISTER OF TRANSPORT
OTTAWA, CANADA.

Dear Sir:
Re: Gap Filler Radar Station - Timmins, Ontario
Your File: S10-136-80/5 Vol 2 (CCE/Prop)
Further to previous correspondence, our negotiations for your land requirements for Gap Filler Station at Timmins, Ontario included obtaining a form of release (or permission to enter) from Messrs George Jamieson and Jules Baderski.
Mr Jamieson presently holds Mining Claims 27859 and 28029. Our negotiations with this claimant were on the basis of your Department entering the property and constructing the road, as required, to your site, to which Mr Jamieson has agreed, as per the attached letter.
You will note that Mr Jamieson anticipates working Claim 27859 in the near future however, he has not indicated exactly where the drilling is to take place. We would therefore appreciate being furnished with two additional copies each of Drawings T53-1-1000-1 and T53-1-100101 so that Mr Jamieson can indicate thereon the proposed drilling location.
Mr Baderski presently holds Mining Claim 6195. This claimant has agreed, as per the attached letter, to your Department entering his property for the purpose of constructing the requried road to your subject site.
Yours truly,
JR Baldwin,
Deputy Minister
