Dear Sir:
Re: Gap Filler Stations - Tobermory Site, Ontario
Your Ref: 10-T52 Vol 1 (CCE/Prop)
In your letter of October 16th, 1959 you advised that the option obtained from Clarence and Mary Spears at Tobermory, Ontario could not be accepted as your firm land requirements at this location had not been determined.
We would point out that the option obtained from these owners expires at the end of this month and we would therefore appreciate your early instructions as to whether or not your land requirements have been determined and, if your Department will be taking up this option.Yours truly,
J R Baldwin,
Deputy Minister
