Re: Buildings and Materials at Atikokan,
Tobermory, Algonquin Park, Biscotasing,
Chapleau and Timmins, Ontario
Attached in duplicate please find six sets of this Corporation's Official Receipts Nos 5140, 5141, 5142, 5143, 5144 and 5145 in connection with the takeover of the above noted items which were reported surplus by your Department under date of April 21st, April 2nd, March 3rd, April 9th, and April 2, 1964.
For your information the items as describd on the receipts were sold to the Department of Lands and Forests, Province of Ontario, on Sale Orders Nos 201888, 201889, 201890, 201891, 201892 and 201893 dated September 23, 1964 respectively.
The Corporation is presently negotiating a sale with the Province for the land at Tobermory and when sales action is concluded a further receipt will be issued. As you are aware the Province, with the exception of Tobermory, owns the land upon which the facilities are erected, therefore, our files on these sites are considered complete.
