TERMINATION OF CONSTRUCTION
GAP FILLER RADAR STATIONS

SITES: Atikokan, Biscotasing, Chapleau, La Tuque, Oba, Todd Mountain, Westport Relocated.

CONDITIONS:

1. The exterior of the steelox buildings shall be completed and all openings shall be sealed both from the outside and the inside using waterproof plywood or equivalent.

2. The diesel alternator set will not be shipped to the site.

3. No further work shall be done on the access road. No closure is required at the beginning of the road.

4. All doors of the two buildings and covered entrance shall be locked and the keys turned over to a CCE/Inspector.

5. All material or equipment shall be stored in the buildings and a list of such material or equipment prepared and given to a CCE/Inspector.

6. The security fence and the 50,000 gal fuel oil storage tank (where required) shall be completed if started, but if not started, it shall not be done.

7. The site and the access road (including any private road used for access) shall be cleaned up to the satisfaction of the RCAF, the Department of Lands and Forests and the owners.

8. Any doubtful items, which in the opinion of DCL should not be completed, shall be brought to the attention of the RCAF Project Officer for a decision.
