Recommendation re termination of contract:
Instructions should be issued to have all work cease at once. I assume little or no site clean-up will be required due to isolated location. Main thing is to prohibit the commencement of 50,000 tank erection. Stop order on diesel delivery should be given. Contractor shoud be told to cancel all materials and sub-contract orders.
