On this job the forming of the foundation walls is to be stopped, the formwork removed and the excavation backfilled leaving the site tidy. No further work is to be done on the road. Building components, supplied by RCAF, will not be delivered as a stop order has gone out on these.
Will you, therefore, please negotiate the termination of this contract with the Contractor, Rodney Contractors Ltd. Your negotiations should include the retention by the Contractor and removal from site of any building materials on site.
We will look forward to the receipt of a Request for Change Order, covering the credit for the deletion of the outstanding portions of this job.
