I refer to your letter of 26 July, 1961, your file 26-10-7 (RE), enclosing a copy of a Permission to Enter and option executed by Carl E Langben, covering this Department's requirements for the proposed Gap Filler Site at Mattawa, Ontario.
The conditions contained in the option respecting the use of the access road and the reservation of mines and minerals are acceptable to this department and it would be appreciated, therefore, if you would instruct your Regional Manager to option this land accordingly.
