Requirement
For the purposes of proceedings under the code of service discipline for RCAF personnel of S/L rank and above, the Chief of Staff 1 Air Division shall be the CO of RCAF personnel of S/L rank and above who are assigned for duty at the NATO Defence College, Ecole Militaire, Rue Joffre, Paris. Additionally, the CO SU Metz will be responsible for necessary records, accounting and supply arrangements.
Amendment
Amend OrgO 4.1.1 as follows

At Appendix B para 5 add new sub-para as follows: "(h) NATO Defence College, Ecole Militaire, Rue Joffre, Paris". |

(b) |
At annex 1 between squares showing "AAFCE" and "4 RR" add a square showing "NATO Def College". Connect square with a line of "Xs" to line of control extending from AOC/CofS, and a solid line to line of Administrative Services extending from CO SU Metz. |

(c) |
At annex 2 add "NATO Defence College" to bottom of list in column titled "Support Services Received by Unit Personnel" and place "Xs" in column for SU Metz showing Records, Accounts and Supply Arrangements are provided. |

At appendix A para 7 (a) add new sub-para " (vi) NATO Defence College, Ecole Militaire, Rue Joffre, Paris. |
Effective Date
This amendment shall be effective on date of publication.
