A telecom party from AMC arrived and commenced installation of Single Side Band (SSB) equipment at Metz.

G/C D Gooderham, AFHQ/VCAS, visited SU to inspect Unit Telecom facilities.

The radio room was moved from the basement of the Chateau to Fort d’Ars with operation commencing the next day. SSB tests with the RCAF AWU Decimomannu were in progress.
