INFORMATION
With the SAGEing of the Regular Force Radars it will not be possible to continue training of Auxiliary personnel in manual operations. Therefore it is proposed to commence progressive disbandment of the Auxiliary AC&W Sqns as the regular forces are SAGEd.
INTENTION
To disband 2400 AC&W Sqn (Aux).
EXECUTION
Effective Date
This order is effective 31 Jan 61
ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENTS
Establishment
Establishment codes 25 AD 218 and 25 AD 219 shall be cancelled by ADCHQ and ADCs establishment ceiling shall be reduced accordingly.
Personnel
The transfer or posting of Regular Support personnel and the release of Auxiliary personnel shall be arranged by AFHQ and ADC.
Accounting - M&I Assets
Protection and disposal of M&I assets shall be effected in accordance with AFAO 27.00/03. Disposal instructions and final audit shall be arranged by the AOsC ADC and ATC.
Supply
The AOC ATC shall arrange for the withdrawal of materiel on charge to 2400 AC&W Sqn (Aux) and shall arrange with the AOC AMC for disposal in accordance with CAP 16 Chapter 14.3.
Documents
Documents held by 2400 AC&W Sqn (Aux) shall be disposed of in accordance with AFAO 57.00/03.
Property
DND buildings occupied by 2400 AC&W Sqn (Aux) will be maintained by the parent unit until such time as disposal action is completed.

Insert: AOC ATC will be responsible for implementation of all provisions of AFAO 27.00/03 when required with exception of para 5A which will be the responsibility of the AOC ADC.
