Comments by Ray Thiboutot - My PCC 17 course diploma says that I graduated from a "Radar Performance Checker (Ground)" course on 7 April 1954 - although the picture says PCC 17. As you may know, this was an apprenticeship (Radar Oreintation) course, which at that time was on the AMES-11. After a short posting to the field, in my case Gander, I came back to Clinton in early 1955 for the Basic Electronics course which was eventually followed by my Radar Equipment course (RMG 32). Regretably - we do not have the names for any of the personnel in the photo - but we do offer a look at the back of the photo which had everyones signature. Can you match a name with a face?
