Mr. F Thompson CTEL/DRDP, AFHQ, visited unit for SAGE indoctrination. The local section of the Ontario Provincial Police (Auxiliary) visited the station for an unclassified briefing and conducted tour.

WO1 Stott to ADCHQ for conference on radar maintenance.

Eight instructors from the Bell Telephone Company school on site for familiarization with the telephone plant and briefing on SAGE.

Messers Martin and Davey of CGE and Mr. Thompson, DND Toronto on site to discuss SM72 modifications.

SAGE briefing for SSLOs and A/SSLOs from Station Parent, Senneterre, Beausejour and Lac St. Denis. 1 S/L, 2 F/O, 2 WO1 and 3 WO2.

F/O Battye TD to Canadian Marconi Company, Montreal to attend acceptance meeting of phase 3 and 4 of ADCOM II.

Canadian General Electronic reps on site to install SM72 modification kit on FPS-6 height finder and change antenna cone assembly. DND/IS Mr. Bernhoff and Mr. Thompson.

S/L Reid and WO1 Stott to Watertown AFS to attend Syracuse Sector C&E officers meeting. S/L Reid gave a briefing on operations and installations at Edgar.

FS Wyndham to Station Clinton to aid in setting Group 4 examinations. LAC V Hearn Sup, replacement for Cpl. Beamish, transferred in from Station North Bay.

Mayor Les Cooke of Barrie was a guest of the Officer’s Mess at a Mess Dinner.

S/L Hall and Mr. Signore, AFCHQ/ATSC, on site to discuss CADIN implementation and HRI relocation details.

G/C Cameron, SCESO/ADCHQ, on site to give briefing on new concept of overhaul and maintenance for ADC Radars. Simcoe County Chapter of Professional Engineers visited site for unclassified briefing.

Visit by EWU team from St. Huberts (S/L Woodman, F/Ls Law, Dunn and Burns). Discussion of SAGE operations in ECM conditions.

Mr. Wilson from CAL to discuss tube problems in ECCM Receivers.
