Overall manning reached a peak of approximately 94% during the period.
The GATR facility acceptance date has been slipped to 30 January 1962, due to shortage of parts, diesel malfunction, and power problems.
Acceptance of the SAGE annex building has been slipped to 4 February 1962 due to a strike at the factory building compressors for the Air Conditioning. The estimated arrival date of the units is 15 to 19 January.
