CANADIAN FORCES ORGANIZATION ORDER 2.35
CANADIAN FORCES STATION RAMORE, ONT.
(This order supersedes CFOO (RCAF) 2.51 dated 27 Apr 64)

INFORMATION

  1. This order is being re-issued to incorporate changes resulting from the integration of the Canadian Forces and the formation of Canadian Forces Bases.

INTENTION

  1. To restate the organization for Canadian Forces Station Ramore.

EXECUTION

Effective Date

  1. This order is effective on date of issue.

Role

  1. The role of this unit shall be to:
  1. collect, discriminate and transmit, to a designated SAGE centre, radar data appearing within the area of coverage.

Command and Control

  1. a. The officer appointed to command Canadian Forces Station Ramore is a Commanding Officer.
  1. Functional and administrative control is exercised by the Commander ADC. Operational control is exercised by CINCNORAD through the Commander NNR and the Commander 41st NORAD Division. When unit training activities, which are controlled by the Commander ADC, require the facilities of the NORAD System, they will be coordinated by the Division Commander.

ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENTS

Establishment

  1. The establishment of Canadian Forces Station Ramore will be approved by CFHQ through the Commander, ADC.

Support Services

  1. As detailed in Annexes A and B.

Accounting

  1. This unit is self-accounting.
