During the period there was a complete revamping of the supply organization including new organization chart, new and more detailed duty analysis, almost completely new physical layout, new stock control locations and SSO’s office. Space is now utilized to better advantage and much time is saved by Stock Control staff. Telephones are now installed in R&I section, clothing, stock control and the SSO’s office. Interior of the building was repainted. Completed review of Stock Control cards almost completed. Inactive card trays set up. A chart of Supply returns and lockup inspections was set up. A lockup is now provided for the laundry inventory.
