The following report is provided by Bob Agar.
According to the people I have talked to, the radar station was given to the Indians in 1988 and it was more or less completely torn down within two years. When I first visited in August 1998, the power plant and mess hall had been torn down and the remains were in quite a mess. The water treatment plant was locked and was being used for storage - probably by the town of Gypsumville as there were a number of snow plow blades outside the building. When I returned in August 1999, the power plant and the mess hall had been partly cleaned up and the water treatment plant was open and abandoned. The snow plow blades were gone. The grass area around the location where the FPS-507 had been located had been cut and maintained in both 1998 and 1999. Nothing remains of the original Operations site or the GATR building."
