The main characters are Tony Reeves (Radar Tech) with his hands in casts, Bob Pelletier (Assistant SWO) as the beautiful bar maid, and Murray Flemming (Radar Tech) as the bar tender. As for the two patrons, I do not recognize the individual from the back, but the dark glasses surely belong to Ralph Chambers (Radar Tech).

There is a host of infamous characters in this picture but it would be too difficult to point them all out. But the two in the bottom center (faces visible) with their glasses already on their head are (left) Larry Metham - Admin Clerk, and (right) Keith Peters (CAdO).

- Winter Carnival. McPuffin, the winning snow sculpture - February 1969.
The significance of this sculpture was that there was no snow that year and the competition had been cancelled. But the ladies had gathered snow and kept it in a freezer. They then built this materpiece out of sight in an alley behind the gymnasium. They protested the cancellation of the competition and were eventually awarded the points as winners.
